Before I became a Team Leader, I had the privileged of being a Mentor for 5 years. I joined Resourceful Futures in 2015 as a Community Disability Practitioner. Team Leader is responsible for the execution of the day-to-day operations of the Community Access Program by overseeing staff and client scheduling, staff training and development, team building meeting agendas and exercises, client activities and programs, medical appointments, financial tracking of program expenses as well as deposits, collect and document valuable client information, provides direct support and leadership to frontline employees completing reviews and attend meetings and training.
