I began my adventure with Resourceful Futures in November 2000. I have been very fortunate to meet a lot of wonderful people in the last 21 years.
My role is overseeing all client supports, intake of new clients, crisis support, and to provide abuse prevention, verbal de-escalation, restraint protocols, identifying behaviors, and implementing a response plan training for all staff and permitted subcontractors.
My position is in collaboration with the Program Coordinators and Team leader to ensure we provide the best quality of care to each person we serve.
