I started working at Resourceful Futures as a Community Disabilities Worker in May 2023. I have been working in this industry since 2004 and am excited to join the Administration Team as the Assistant Team Leader. As the Assistant Team Leader I’m responsible for the execution of the day-to-day operations of the Community Access Program by overseeing staff and client scheduling, staff training and development, team building meeting agendas and exercises, client activities and programs, medical appointments, financial tracking for program, collect and document valuable client information, and provide direct support and leadership to frontline employees.
