Dear RFCSL Community,
As we progress through 2025, I am delighted to share updates on our organization’s recent progress and ongoing activities. Our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional services and nurturing a supportive community remains our paramount objective.
Organizational Updates
Currently, management is focused on maintaining the stability and quality of our existing operations. We are diligently working behind the scenes and will promptly communicate any significant developments as they become available.
We also want to inform you that we are in the process of evaluating potential adjustments to our organizational structure to better support our evolving needs. We will provide timely updates as these changes are finalized.
Community Engagement Highlights
Our dedicated RFCSL committees have been instrumental in fostering a vibrant and engaging environment through a variety of on-site activities. Their enthusiasm brought successful celebrations for Valentine’s Day and Saint Patrick’s Day. Additionally, their fundraising lunch was a wonderful initiative to support new activities and programs for our clients. We deeply appreciate their commitment to enriching the RFCSL experience.
Updated Policy & Procedure Manual
We have recently finalized updates to our Policy & Procedure Manual, which is now accessible in a convenient digital format. It is crucial that each of you takes the time to review these updated guidelines. Familiarizing yourselves with these policies ensures we operate cohesively, efficiently, and in full compliance with all relevant regulations. You’re understanding and adherence to these guidelines are vital to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Employee Benefits Update
Regarding employee benefits, RFCSL management has carefully reviewed various options for the current year. After a thorough evaluation, we have determined that our existing benefit provider continues to offer the most comprehensive and valuable package for our employees currently. If you have any specific questions or require clarification regarding your benefits, please do not hesitate to reach out to Kendra at kendral@resourcefulfutures.org.
Introduction of New HR Platform: Sage HR
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Human Resources platform, Sage HR. This system will replace HUMI and is designed to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency. You should have received an email from the HR department with detailed instructions on how to download the app and complete your enrollment on this new platform.
We will also be scheduling an informational meeting for all employees and subcontractors soon to provide a comprehensive overview of Sage HR. In the meantime, we encourage you to familiarize yourselves with the platform and to note any questions or suggestions you may have for discussion during the meeting. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition and for everyone to become comfortable and proficient in utilizing this new system. Should you encounter any technical difficulties or require assistance during the initial setup, please do not hesitate to contact HR.

We urge every member of our team to remain diligent in their responsibilities and to proactively seek support when needed. Your unwavering dedication to the well-being of those we serve is deeply valued and does not go unnoticed.
Prioritizing Self-Care
We want to take this opportunity to emphasize the importance of self-care. Your health and well-being are paramount and prioritizing them is essential for both your personal fulfillment and your ability to provide excellent care to our clients. We encourage you to actively take steps to maintain a healthy work-life balance and prevent burnout. Please remember that utilizing your entitled time off and accessing available wellness resources are valuable tools in supporting your overall well-being.
